Our client, boasting outstanding national success, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their Adelaide Office.
The Account Manager is integral to the success of the Account Executives by assisting them with the daily management of their portfolio of customer accounts and more!
Key responsibilities:
• Ensuring timely settlement of claims
• Assist Senior Broker as required with new business
• Provide administration support to other team members
• Maintain record systems
• Prepare and monitor clients claims
• Invoice clients and ensure collection of premiums
• Prepare quotes and information for clients
• Liaise with Key Clients, Underwriters, Assessors and Legal Advisors
To be successful in the role you MUST have a Tier 1 Qualification, a good knowledge of insurance policies and practices and a background in insurance or similar industry.
You will possess outstanding communication skills and abilities, proven time management skills, an ability to plan ahead, a proven work history in a support role, professional client service/management skills and a keenness to progress.
