We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor /Resourcer to work with a great team of senior HR professionals, in an onsite specialist capacity.
Reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager, our client urgently requires an experienced HR /Resourcing Specialist to contribute to corporate HR initiatives, policies and programs and resourcing at a state level.
Generalist tasks include:
Human Resource Management
Hands-on recruitment
Employee Relations
Strategic Advice
Quality Management & Compliance
Project Management & Implementation
Customer Relations
Previous experience in a similar on site environment is essential with experience in working with senior management at a local level is essential.
To be successful, you will have a proactive hands-on approach, possess strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills, a warm interpersonal approach, strong analytical and organizational abilities and resourcing skills at local and national levels.
